This journal offers two different versions of an NPC character sheet:
A more detailed sheet for NPCs that play an important role in your adventure. And a simpler version, dedicated to fast NPC creation and keeping track of the most important stats. Additionally, there are detailed and simple versions for those who know Thaumaturgy and those who don't. 

How to create an NPC?

Follow the official rule book, choose your own rules or follow the quick build:

• Choose the Clan, Generation & Disciplines.
• Select Attributes (7/5/3). Spend the points on Physical, Social and Mental.
• Select Abilities (3/2/1). Spend the points on Skill, Talent and Knowledge.On the less detailed sheets there is space for skills that are important for the character, spend as many points as you need for the character.
• Willpower: Choose a number between 3 - 8 points that suits the character.
• Path/Humanity: Choose a number between 2 - 8 points that suits the character.

Detailed Version: What does proficient, average and weak mean? 

These gradations are designed to make dice rolls more adabtable to the situation. Proficient covers talents, skills and knowledge crucial to the disciplines, or in which the character is good at. Weak covers those, the character isn´t good at. To roll dice, add the value of the attribute (Physical, Social, Mental) and the corresponding Ability level. For instance, a Ventrue would roll for Command (Dominate 1) Manipulation + Skill proficient. If the Ventrue is bad at that, roll Manipulation + Skill weak.

Always remember, don´t let those NPCs bite you!
